The Riverside Natural Health Centre offer Infant massage instructor courses in Nottingham, designed to provide practitioners with the teaching ability to safely and effectively deliver infant, baby massage sessions and courses to parents and babies within a variety of individual and group settings. The baby massage instructors training course is for Massage Therapists, Health Professionals, Midwives and Nurses who already hold a recognised certificate in Swedish Massage and Anatomy and Physiology.

The aim of this training course is to give you the skills, knowledge and proficiency to teach baby and infant massage to mums, parents and carers etc.

By the end of the course you will have a firm understanding of Baby Massage and will be able to apply the techniques within a practical session, safely and effectively.

All items required for the course will be provided by the tutor, Ann Dare.

About Course Tutor

Ann Dare, IIHHT, VTCT, Dip, City & Guilds, BTEC Assessor, MABT

Ann Dare took a City and Guilds teaching qualification in 2012 and has been providing professionally accredited training in complementary therapy and massage since this time. She progressed to qualifying as a BTEC Assessor in 2014. Ann started her career in 1997 training as an Aroma therapist. She loved how the prescriptive blended essential oils combined with massage could have the most relaxing yet uplifting effect on her clients.

She is an accomplished therapist who has trained in various massage skills as well as reflexology.
