Fulfilment coaching is about helping you achieve the life that you always imagined for yourself. It’s about harnessing those dreams and wishes to redraw the map of your life with a new path to the future,

Working with a coach is the first step in seizing your destiny for yourself. The idea that your life is predestined by a set of universal rules is absurd! So, we throw out the rulebook and write our own journey for your life.

How fulfilment coaching works

We’ll meet initially for a long chat about your life and what your dreams and aspirations have always been. I’ll prompt you every now and again, but the spotlight is all yours. I’ll listening and taking notes on your life and aspirations.

Based on your answers we’ll be setting you some goals for the next week. These small goals I usually call the ‘declutter phase’ it’s usually the hardest part when we turn your life upside down a bit.

After this we’ll meet on a weekly basis to reassess how your life is going. Set new goals and plan your amazing future ahead.
